About us
SBL Solutions was founded in early 2024 from the convergence of ideas and plans of a group of founding partners, each of whom, in their respective fields, brought decades of experience in personnel management, quality control, and construction site management in the anti-corrosion sector.
Our mission is to offer various industrial sectors the opportunity to utilize a highly specialized company, capable of offering a product that meets the highest standards required by the market and, where necessary, certified by dedicated in-house Frosio or Nace AMPP inspectors.
SBL Solutions operates in both pre-fabrication painting and on-site touch-up work on modules under construction.
Given the growing demand, especially in the oil & gas sector, SBL Solutions has formed a team of qualified professionals for preservation, in order to cover the series of repetitive activities scheduled for equipment and machinery in order to maintain their functional integrity over time.
Our services
SBL Solutions can carry out the activities above described both in Italy and around the world, thanks to our excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English.
Our operators work on site or at customer workshops with their own equipment to carry out surface preparation and apply the required coating cycles, ensuring ongoing intermediate checks in order to achieve a satisfactory result.
Our long-standing experience in touch-ups on assembly modules allows us to provide highly specialized work teams in repairing assembly damage and field joints.
Equipment and machinery require routine preservation during their installation and prior to shipment, ensuring they arrive at their destination intact. Our operators have significant field experience, backed by specialized training courses that certify their expertise.
